APRIL’S SWEET JOY DONATION

I really wanted to donate to our church for Easter, but we left for spring break on Easter day, so that was going to be too much on my plate.  In thinking of other ways to give, our church is involved with a local food pantry, which I thought would be perfect.  I always make a few extra cookies with each custom order to account for mess ups, but some are minor and I usually put them in the freezer to break out later. (Side note, my cookies last in the freezer for months!)  But, my stock pile of cookies was becoming quite large so, I thought those would be great to donate, as well as others I currently made.  So yes they are a random assortment of cookies, but I also thought how fun to get to pick from.  This will be something I continue to do going forward when my freezer becomes full!
