LET’S CELEBRATE!

Happy 40^th

I made these for my brother’s 40^th and I smile when I see them. They represent my families roots from New Mexico.  We love Hatch green or red chile (“Red or Green?” is the state motto) and if you are from the area you know!  We put this chile on everything from eggs, to pizza, burgers, you name it.  My freezer is stocked full and am grateful we can buy it here in sunny So Cal!  So, if you ever see it out (only in the fall), buy it and buy it HOT!
